A customized program tailored to your fitness goals, occupation and lifestyle. I specialize in programming for body recompositions, strength and off-season athletes.
PERSONALIZED NUTRITION
Calorie counting is not necessary though it is recommended. There are no shortcuts or fad diets with me. Transitioning to healthier habits without rebounding or yo-yoing is a gradual process.
ACCOUNTABILITY
30 minute weekly or 1 hour monthly Skype check ins ensure streamlining your success. During these meetings we will also be discussing your mindset as they all interconnect.
