Serving the Athlete's Mind and Body
JOSEPH LY
"I want to help others in a way that invigorates my soul, through fitness."
After being a Registered Nurse for a few years followed with some unrelenting contemplation about what I actually wanted do for the rest of my life, I realized pursuing something in fitness was the right answer for me. Understandably, nursing school didn't teach me biomechanics, nutrition, programming and all the other requirements a proper coach needed. So I sought out to teach myself from well known people in the fitness industry via reading their books and absorbing their content. Fast forward a few years and now I've developed my own coaching style and worked with a good number of people. Fitness changed my life completely and I'd love to guide others looking to revamp theirs through the best way I know how.
